Mike has been taking photographs since shortly after World War II, when he was at school in London (England). He has worked mainly with black and white film from 35 mm to 4 X 5 formats. He now uses digital processes for color and B&W prints. Many of his B&W prints are from digitized film negatives. He has received training from Paul Caponigro and Johsel Namkung, among others, and has exhibited in England and the Pacific Northwest. He has a home in Seattle and also in Skamokawa, Wahkiakum County.
