Kerrie McNally - Music

I am a singer-songwriter living in Skamokawa, WA with my husband Brad. I play guitar and mandolin. As a member of local folk band Willapa Hills for over nine years, I have had the pleasure of performing for many benefits and private shows as well as the Northwest Folklife Festival in Seattle and the Liberty Theater in Astoria. Willapa Hills has recorded two cd’s including “A Portrait of Place” which features songs about our region. I began writing my own songs about three years ago and am currently recording my first solo cd with all original songs. I also have an original song, “The Ballad of Yung Lee” about a Chinese cannery worker which I recorded for an album of songs about canneries called “Cannery Shed“.
